December 14, 2020
Dear Friend,

Since October, Illinois has reported over half a million new cases of COVID-19 and hospitalizations have spiked twenty percent from the height of spring’s first wave. As the virus continues to rage across the country, our ability to save lives and avoid economic catastrophe hinges on passing federal relief sufficient to get the virus under control and ensure Americans can stay afloat. I remain focused on fighting to ensure future relief packages meet the needs of our frontline workers, families, and small businesses.

Even as we continue to pull together to keep each other safe, support our small businesses, and help those in need, I know there’s still a lot of fear and uncertainty about the challenges we’ll face in the coming months.

As your Representative, I want to provide an update on how my team and I are working to address the issues facing our community. Tomorrow, December 15 at 7 pm CT, I’ll host a Telephone Town Hall to provide updates and take questions from constituents.
