Phyllis Roman, a graduate of DePaul University College of Law, has practiced with Giamanco & Ooink for five years. While Giamanco & Ooink have been in business for nearly ten years, Ms. Roman is the first new partner the firm has named to the firm since its founding.
Ms. Roman represents clients in a range of legal matters including personal injury, civil litigation, traffic matters, and worker’s competition. She has conducted over 40 jury trials and 200 arbitrations. Through her vigorous representation, Ms. Roman has obtained millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of plaintiffs she has represented. In addition to her work for Giamanco & Ooink, Ms. Roman is an active volunteer and leader in community and civic affairs. She is a board member at Chamber630 and president of the Exchange Club of DuPage County. She is also an active member of Saint Scholastica Parish, Woodridge, IL 60517 as the vice president of St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Contemporary Music Ensemble.
Giamanco & Ooink is comprised of eight full time attorneys and handles matters involving traumatic injuries, business disputes, general litigation, family law cases, debt collection defense as well as felony, misdemeanor, DUI and traffic defense cases.
