It is with tremendous respect that we bid adieu to Ron Sandack as the Illinois State Representative of the 81st District. Due to a variety of cyber attacks, he has re-evaluated his continued public service and resigned July 24, 2016.
Sandack has much of which to be proud. He successfully fought for an ethics code and term limits as Mayor of the Village of Downers Grove. As the top appointed House floor leader, he was recognized as a master of debate, showcasing his strategic and logical viewpoints on behalf of the Republican Party.
One of the reasons Sandack originally ran for office was to make Illinois a better place for our children. Starting today, his home will be a better place for his children. I wish Ron and his family all the best and peace. Thank you Ron, for your leadership, support and many years of service…..and thank you for your Membership.
