UFC GYM®, the rapidly-expanding fitness franchise that brings mixed martial arts (MMA) to the masses, welcomes fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike to attend the grand opening of its 30,000 square-foot Downers Grove location taking place on Thursday, May 3rd, from 5:15 p.m.
Located at 1320 75th Street, this ultramodern fitness facility features a 30-foot Octagon®, strength training and cardio machines, battle ropes, agility ladders, two Brazilian jiu-jitsu / wrestling studios, fitness studio, youth classes, and premium functional training equipment.
“At UFC Gym we offer the best training equipment, techniques, and trainers to meet your individualized fitness needs,” said franchisee, Scott Schroeder. “The members make our gym. We are a fitness community motivating each other regardless of fitness level.”
During the ribbon cutting festivities on Thursday, guests will experience workout demonstrations, live fitness classes, energizing DJ, prizes, and much, much, more. The festivities continue on Sunday, May 6th where guests will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun-filled, sweat-inducing activities and classes including Women’s Self Defense, at 10:0AM until 12:00PM and MMA Striking from 1PM until 3PM.
