Parents of children and adults with disabilities are invited to start 2023 with new experiences for their children offered by SEASPAR, the special recreation association serving the park districts of Downers Grove, Darien, Lisle, Woodridge, and eight other communities.

SEASPAR enriches lives through recreation, providing therapeutic programming that focuses on skill building, social growth, and most importantly, fun! People of all ages with any disability are welcome to participate.

This winter/spring season, newly added youth programs focus on therapeutic dance and music exploration, and the fan-favorite Spring Break Camp returns. For adults, a variety of weekly programs and special events are offered to keep participants active and engaged. SEASPAR’s Athletics program is welcoming new athletes in Power Soccer and Special Olympics sports such as Powerlifting and Flag Football. Two multi-sensory rooms, one in Lisle and one in Western Springs, also offer safe, calming environments for people of all ages to engage with their senses.

Winter/spring program season registration opens December 12 and closes January 9. Programs take place from February 6-April 30. Please call 630.960.7600 or visit SEASPAR.org for more information.
