It’s been two years since I’ve introduced new leadership at Chamber630 so I am very excited to introduce Jim Delaney, owner of SpeedPro Imaging as the Chamber630 2016-2017 Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jim has been a Member since 2010 and immediately put his Membership to work. After participating in a variety of committees, groups and networks, Jim was nominated to serve on the Board of Directors in 2014, was appointed to the Executive Committee and once again, went right to work. He has been very involved in tracking outcomes of the merger that created Chamber630, is active in assisting staff with development calls and an integral leader of the new Partnership Packages. Jim has a wonderfully creative business mind and Chamber630 certainly has put it to good use.
Jim Delaney established SpeedPro Imaging DuPage in 2010 after 30 years in the metals distribution industry. His experiences ranged from operational responsibilities for business units in the U.S. and Mexico to leading national sales and corporate procurement. He is a native of Massachusetts, but his career has led him through Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte, and Chicagoland has been his home for 19 years. He has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He and his wife Johanna have two college-age sons.
