Dr. Jacqueline Blasko and Dr. Snahel Prajapati started their most recent practice, 4 Star Dental with reference to the Chicago flag.

4 Star Dental aims to remove the the most common barriers for patients when pursuing dental treatment: Cost, time and fear.
New patient specials include Free Consultations and $19 Comprehensive Exam and X-rays. We accept PPO and HMO insurance plans and offer the 4 Star Dental discount plan for those patients who have no insurance.
Our office is open extended hours, M-F 7:30am to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 7:30am to 1:30pm Walking and emergencies are welcome
Nitrous oxide, “laughing gas” is available to ease anxiety.
