DOWNERS GROVE, Illinois—The DuPage Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of William C. Pearch as its new marketing manager. He is a seasoned professional who brings more than 20 years of marketing and communication experience from both the for- and notfor-profit arenas to our staff. Pearch joined the Foundation on February 1.

In his new role, Pearch will be responsible for focusing the Foundation’s messaging to its various constituents and helping foster greater awareness for its mission and services throughout the community. He reports to Foundation Vice President for Advancement Michael Sitrick. “We’re delighted to have Bill joining our team,” said Sitrick. “His background and skills are an ideal fit for us and should do much to help continue the terrific momentum we’ve established these past few years through our rebranding and efforts to increase our visibility.”

For the past eight years, Pearch focused his talents serving greater Chicagoland engineering firms. Most recently he worked as marketing and business development coordinator for Chicago-based TERRA Engineering, Ltd. where he was responsible for branding and cross-promotion of the firm’s diverse engineering services lines. He played a vital role securing work including renovations of Wrigley Field, construction of the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art and Loyola University Medical Center’s expansion. Prior to that, Pearch spent more than a decade leading marketing, communications and special event efforts in DuPage County for the Elmhurst and Downers Grove Park Districts.
