Updates on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
- The effective date of the statute is April 1, 2020, and not April 2, 2020.

Because so many of employees are working remotely or remaining at home, employers should consider distributing the poster to employees, in addition to displaying it, as well as sending employees the link to the “Fact Sheet for Employees” website.
