The team of skilled graphic communications specialists at Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Romeoville voted unanimously to join Teamsters Local 458 and the Graphic Communications Conference Union. The National Labor Relations Board certified the vote on September 14.
“Joining both of these unions was a natural next step for our business and our employees,” said Linda Wilhelm, owner of Allegra. “We work to be true solutions providers and business partners to our customers, and by being members of both Local 458 and the Graphic Communications Conference Union, we’re able to not only offer our services to a broader range of local businesses, but we’re also able to provide more support and opportunities for our employees.”
The center’s union membership comes on the heels of its continued success and sales prowess. The Romeoville Allegra team was recently honored with a Sales Growth Award, recognizing the top 10 sales leaders in the international network of marketing and print service providers.
