Hello, my name is Scott Rausch, and I have over 20 years of experience as a residential Loan Consultant to offer you, your friends, relatives, and business partners. Recognizing that each customer has specific needs, I will utilize my expertise along with Caliber’s superior “in-house-local” processing, underwriting, and closing functions to meet those needs; assuring a smooth process from application to closing.
During my 20+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have shared my expertise to assist thousands of families with responsible and affordable home financing. I have a great deal of experience with the following programs/products: FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Investor Loans.
I graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Political Science and have lived in the Western Suburbs of Chicago area since 1997. My professional activities and affiliations include membership in the Member of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and Chamber 630. When not helping customers with their home loans, I enjoy boating, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with my wife and kids.
