Pizzeria32, an independently owned and operated local pizzeria, is excited to announce its now open. Steve and Sam Syreggelas were inspired by their Grandfather, “Papou” Stavros, the concept is centered on old-world recipes which have been refined over generations. Pizzeria32 features hand crafted pizzas with two unique crusts. 32’s Original Hand Tossed, thin crust reminiscent of the NY classic, and a Chicago Tavern, thin and crispy – square cut. With something to please everyone’s pallet Pizzeria32 offers made to order fresh salads, gourmet baked sandwiches served atop bread crafted from their dough recipe, jumbo wings (oven roasted never fried), specialty appetizers, and desserts that make you smile.
What makes Pizzeria32 stand out from the rest of a very crowded field? According to Executive Chef Sam Syreggelas, attention to every detail, and only using the finest ingredients available. It starts with the dough! The dough is made daily in house, it is a 48 hour cold fermentation process that really brings out the flavors, topped with fire roasted vegetables, finest meats, and baked in our 600 degree ovens. The 3rd generation restaurateurs say that it is still all about their customers. They do what’s been done for generations….. take care of them all like family just the way Papou Stavros and their father, Tom Syreggelas did!
Guests can create their own pizza or choose from one of Pizzeria32’s signature topping combinations. Highlights include:
